After years of loosely throwing around ideas and 6 grandkids* later their dream finally came to pass this summer. Presenting Camp Grandma.
Two fun-filled days at Grandma Couch's house exploring bubbles, rockets, pressure, states of matter, bugs, & wildlife. Grandma Billings had t-shirts and science kits for every grandkid . . . even Kaylee! Sometimes writing out the scientific process got a little intense for her. :)
Thanks Grandma and Grandma for sharing your love of science. We're looking forward to the next time we can attend Camp Grandma!*I was only 12 or 13 the first time I met Rex's parents so we have a long and happy history. They live nearby in Kent, WA, so now our family gets together with them a lot. Though they're not biological grandparents, they are definitely Grandma and Grandpa to Kaylee & Danny. We are so lucky to have adopted family so close!

what an incredible camp! You're so lucky to have Camp Grandma.
Do they adopt full grown women as grandkids? Because I want to go!
That's incredible. I always knew your mom was amazing.
Wow! What an amazing idea. Looks like everyone had so much fun and learned a lot. I can't believe how big your kids are getting. Has it really been that long? :)
